Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Titusville, FL is hiring a Porter to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of our properties. You will care for common areas, grounds, and amenity spaces, and assist with property cleanup and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with on-call rotation and smartphone-based communication used for work tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining common areas and grounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and residents.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and presentable common areas, breezeways, grounds, and amenity areas
• Empty and maintain pet waste stations throughout the property
• Remove pet waste and maintain designated pet areas in a clean and sanitary condition
• Perform pressure washing of buildings, sidewalks, breezeways, common areas, and other property surfaces as needed
• Perform trash-outs and clean vacant units and other areas as needed
• Perform minor housekeeping and cleaning duties in apartments and common areas when needed
• Assist with trash removal, litter pickup, and general property cleanup
• Keep areas around the dumpster clean at all times
• Assist the office team with delivering and posting resident notices and other property communications
• Communicate with local municipalities and service providers regarding trash collection and other property-related services
• Communicate with and assist landscaping, trash, and other vendors to help ensure property grounds and common areas are properly maintained
• Assist the maintenance team with general property tasks as needed
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Must have a positive attitude and work well with residents, vendors, office staff, and Team Members
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and 100% reliable transportation required
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications for work-related communication, documentation, and tasks
• Must participate in the company's on-call rotation
