Real Property Management in Albuquerque is seeking a Field Inspector to perform routine inspections, identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and lease violations, and document findings with photos and detailed reports.

You will coordinate with property managers and vendors, manage signage and access points, and help ensure properties are rent-ready while delivering professional service to tenants and owners.

Formación

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine and scheduled field inspections of managed properties to assess condition, cleanliness, and compliance with standards and lease requirements.
• Identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, unauthorized occupants, and lease violations.
• Document inspection findings with photos, notes, and recommendations and submit using company systems.
• Create a Make Ready Inspection Estimate from Move Out Inspections for repairs to achieve rent-ready condition.
• Interact professionally with tenants, neighbors, and the public while representing the company in the field.
