Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year related experience.
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience considered.
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
Knowledge of building and construction, mathematics, property valuation; knowledge of guidelines affecting property assessment.
Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform field work gathering property appraisal information.
Input data into Assessor software and maintain records.
Prepare sketches of building footprints to scale.
Carry out multi-tasking activities while ensuring proper time management and deadlines.
Meet production quotas and maintain accuracy.
