Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in real estate appraisal, assessment, sales, brokerage or real estate construction required.
• Two (2) years of experience with MS Office required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of properties, take measurements and collect data on real estate sales, new construction and building permits.
• Update property records to reflect value changes and transfer field data to property records.
• Review blueprints, maps, mortgages and contracts; determine property classifications.
• Record information from the field and conduct interviews with developers, contractors and owners.
• Maintain professional image and comply with civil service rules and department policies.
