State Farm seeks a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist to handle homeowners and commercial damage claims, explaining coverage, estimating damages, and guiding insureds through the process with remarkable service.

This remote-field role is based in Fountain, CO, servicing a defined Colorado territory with a mobile office. Travel within and outside your area may be required; flexible schedules and potential overtime are part of the job.

• Ability to interpret detailed policies, guidelines, or technical information and apply them accurately to real-world situations.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar concepts, processes, and terminology and apply that knowledge accurately in practical situations.
• Ability to effectively interact with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to move claims forward efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using mobile/desktop tools to document and support claims both in the field and remotely.

Mansioni

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for both residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, insurance agents, and other involved parties to gather information and resolve claims efficiently.
• Explain coverage and estimate damages to insureds and help them through the claims process.
• Gather necessary evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports to support the claims handling process.
• Investigate and adjust both personal and commercial property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
• Negotiate and settle claims within the authorized limits, considering policy provisions, industry standards, and company guidelines.
