State Farm seeks a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist to handle accident and weather-related homeowners and commercial property claims. You will meet insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide them through the claims process with remarkable service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and others to gather information and resolve claims efficiently.
• Interact with parties who express emotions or concerns during inspections or resolutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports to support claims handling.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and terms to determine claim validity and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits per policy provisions and guidelines.
