Qualifications

• Proven ability to write clear, accurate estimates.

Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of claims by contacting parties.
• Seeks assistance for complex issues and handles claims in good faith.
• Handles 1st and 3rd party claims across multiple policy types.
• Conducts on-site inspections and negotiates with insureds and attorneys.
• Responds to inquiries and closes files.
• Interprets policy language and applies coverages to losses.
• Keeps all parties informed of claim status.
