Qualifications

• Property claims handling experience or experience in a similar field/industry.
• Experience with property inspections and damage assessment.
• Knowledge of dwelling/mobile home construction.

Responsibilities

• Own property claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage and determine coverage.
• Develop estimates using Cotality.
• Guide policyholders through the claims process with clear communication.
• Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver strong outcomes.
• Participation in catastrophe duty as needed (CAT, up to 4 weeks).
• Communication - preparing reports and written correspondence.
