Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Property Manager to maintain space plans at CityScape and coordinate relocations, vendor needs, and furniture installs for Bank locations. This role will oversee emergency and preventive maintenance, respond to facilities requests, and ensure safety and aesthetics across properties.

You will review invoices, assist the Real Estate Director with bids, schedules, budgets, and project reporting, and coordinate with the Senior Property Manager to track

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Facility Management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; related field preferred.
• Entry level knowledge of regulatory/compliance obligations.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, leases, contracts.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management.
• Provide timely, courteous service to internal customers.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date space plans and locations for space planning and relocations; manage relocations, furniture needs and vendor documentation.
• Oversee property management including emergency and preventative maintenance; respond to bank facilities requests; maintain emergency contact info.
• Conduct quarterly on-site facility visits to assess safety, policy compliance, maintenance needs and aesthetics; coordinate safety inspections.
• Review and process invoices for payment in a timely manner.
• Assist Director of Real Estate with bids, project schedules, budgets, and reporting; create project plans and coordinate meetings; report milestones to team.
