Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Real Estate Director to coordinate health and safety, leasing, maintenance, relocation, and renovation of bank-owned or leased properties. Responsabilidades

• Assist Head of Corporate Real Estate in day-to-day operations and projects.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety procedures for premises (HVAC, roofs, generators, parking, lighting).
• Support relocations and site selection for new branches with minimal disruption.
• Work with consultants and contractors to execute construction/renovation per standards.
• Track property taxes, insurance, and compliance documents for facilities and REO properties.
• Assist Head of CRE with Controls, Audit, Risk and Regulatory requirements.
• Provide input on team development and cross-functional best practices.

Job Title: Real Estate Director

Location: CityScape

What you'll do: As a Real Estate Director, you will support the Corporate Real Estate Team by coordinating activities related to health & safety, leasing, maintenance, construction, relocation, and renovation of Bank-owned or leased properties and REO's. This role focuses on operational execution and compliance with established policies, procedures and controls, ensuring facilities are maintained, projects are delivered efficiently and ensuring compliance with Bank established policies and procedures. You will assist in implementing plans for office space and facilities while supporting ESG, health & safety, disaster recovery, business continuity initiatives and more.

• Assist the Head of Corporate Real Estate in managing day-to-day operations and departmental projects.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety procedures for company premises, including but not limited to HVAC, roofs, generators, parking lots, landscaping, and lighting.
• Support relocations and site selection for new branches and loan production offices (LPOs), ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work with consultants, contractors, and vendors to execute construction and renovation projects in alignment with corporate standards.
• Assist in tracking property taxes, insurance requirements, and compliance documentation for facilities and OREO properties.
• Assist the Head of Corporate Real Estate with Controls, Audit, Risk and Regulatory requirements.
• Provide input on team development and collaborate with internal partners on best practices for operations, security, IT, and disaster recovery.

What you'll need:

• 7-10 years of experience in facility management, real estate operations, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Solid project management and organizational skills with ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% as needed.
