Qualifications

• Ability to read architectural drawings, leases, contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date space plans and manage relocations and furniture needs.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor management; respond to facilities requests.
• Conduct on-site facility visits to ensure safety and aesthetics; coordinate safety inspections.
• Assist with project budgets, bids, schedules, and reporting progress.
