Job summary

ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES INC is seeking a Property & Maintenance Manager at the Philadelphia Job Corps campus to lead daily operations, ensuring a safe, smoothly functioning environment with all facilities and assets ready for success.

You will manage property, inventory, and facility maintenance, supervise staff and Work-Based Learning students, ensure government compliance, oversee budgets, and drive continuous improvement across planning and operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical certification preferred.
• Experience with federal property management, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Electrician, HVAC, and/or Plumbing license preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management, inventory control, and facility maintenance operations.
• Manage government property lifecycle: receiving, tracking, distribution, disposal.
• Maintain accountability for center property and ensure loss control procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate ordering, and manage warehousing and distribution.
