Maricopa County Sheriff's Office seeks an Administrative Manager to oversee the Property & Evidence division, directing supervision, budgets, and policy implementation. You will develop procedures, manage staffing and training, and drive efficiency across the division's daily operations.

The role requires leadership experience in law enforcement settings, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements while supporting the county's public safety mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience handling articles of evidence.
• ACJIS TOC certification training and recertification within 6 months.
• Forklift proficiency license and certification required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license or ability to obtain by hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Property and Evidence operations through supervisors.
• Set short- and long-term goals aligned with MCSO's mission.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise staff including hiring, performance, and training.
• Set annual performance goals and conduct evaluations.
• Direct daily operations and streamline processes.
