Job summary
SFR3 Fund is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician for St. Louis, MO. You’ll work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and turns, serving single-family rental properties with autonomy and a tech-forward approach.
Expect 40 hours weekly, a $26–$34/hr wage, $0.76/mile reimbursement, quarterly performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits from day one. You’ll join a small, top-tier team delivering fast, reliable home upkeep.
Qualifications
- 3+ years multi-trade maintenance experience in apartments or SFR
- Confident in at least 3 of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances
- Own truck or van with own hand tools; tools reimbursed + $0.76/mile
- Valid driver's license; on-call ready; background check
- EPA 608 Universal is a big plus; experience turning homes at volume
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA 608 if certified)
- Maintain plumbing systems; water heaters, drains, leaks, fixtures
- Repair electrical outlets, switches, breakers, GFCI, fixtures
- Carpentry, drywall patching, doors, locks, and smoke detectors
- Appliance repair and swaps
- Turns and make-readies between residents with fast, quality workmanship
- Photo documentation in our app (iPhone/iPad)
