Job summary

American Avenue Property Management (AA) is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician in Dayton, OH. You’ll perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance work at single-family rental homes, moving between properties with autonomy.

Offer includes a guaranteed 40-hour schedule, mileage reimbursement at $0.76/mi, a quarterly bonus, health coverage, and 2 weeks PTO (increasing to 3). EPA 608 certification is a big plus and turning homes at volume is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-trade maintenance experience in apartments or houses.
• Ability in at least 3 of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances.
• Own truck/van and tools; driving license; background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Perform turns and make-readies between residents.
• Inspect and secure homes, conduct wellness checks.
• Prioritize safety and quality across multiple properties.
