Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement.
• Utilize IPAD or tablet for daily job tasks including receiving and prioritizing work orders.
• Assist with unit turns with drywall work, painting, cleaning and removing trash.
• Maintain the grounds in a clean, safe and sanitary condition.
• Participate in on‑call emergency schedule for evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Complete work order requests.

Property Maintenance Technician

in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a full-time Property Maintenance Technician with EPA or HVAC certification to preserve the long‑term value and desirability of our community. This general handyman position earns a competitive wage of up to $22-$24 /hour depending on experience. Must have EPA, HVAC certification

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with participation in an on‑call rotation required. (premium pay for on‑call)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electric, HVAC repairs, carpentry,
  appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc.
