Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices.
• Familiarity with legal terminology related to real property transfers.
• Ability to perform moderate mathematical calculations for property values.

Responsibilities

• Verify UPC numbers to documents and identify property locations in IAS.
• Review deeds and maps to confirm ownership and parcel details.
• Maintain and update property ownership data in IAS.
• Provide courteous customer service in person, by phone, or in writing.
• Assist with routine data entry quality checks and departmental mail processing.
