Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a proactive Property Data Collector to gather property data for appraisals and reports in Kennebec County, ME, including Augusta, Waterville and Winslow.

This 1099 independent contractor role involves on-site data collection, photography, and delivering accurate information with strong customer service. Training is provided as part of joining the Digital Panel.

A background check and access to an iPhone 12–17 Pro are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of real estate, data collections, photography, or 12 months of outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor.
• Travel to clients' homes and engage professionally.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tangible results.
• Background check through a 3rd party vendor.
• iPhone 12–17 Pro or Pro Max.
• Understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and completion reports preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and on-site dress code.
• Fluent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
• EIN required for state of California only.

Class Valuation is excited to invite a proactive and detail-oriented Property Data Collector to join our innovative Digital Panel (1099). We are currently seeking 1099 independent contractors in Kennebec County, ME and 04330, including the cities of: Augusta, Waterville, and Winslow.

Compensation of $105 per assignment. Please note there is a $6 tech fee per order. Additional fees may be approved for complexities on a case by case basis.

• Ability to obtain a background check through our 3rd party vendor
• An iPhone 12-17 Pro or Pro max
• A thorough understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and property completion reports preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes on‑site
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
