Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a proactive Property Data Collector to join our Digital Panel as a 1099 independent contractor. This role involves collecting property data for appraisals across Whatcom/Skagit Counties, WA 98225, including Bellingham and nearby cities.

Compensation is $105 per assignment with a $6 tech fee per order. You will gather data for appraisal waivers, appraisals, and property completion reports, using cutting-edge technology and maintaining high professional standards on-site

Qualifications

• 6 months real estate, data collection, photography OR 12 months customer service experience.
• Ability to travel to client homes and engage professionally.
• Background check via third-party vendor.
• iPhone 12–17 Pro or Pro Max required.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• EIN required for California only.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data collections and property inspections to high standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry education and training guidelines.
• Maintain strong communication between Class Valuation and clients.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.
• Support timely turn times and quality in reports.
• Enhance service quality for clients through proactive work.
