Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a proactive Property Data Collector in Libby, MT. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will use a mobile device to capture property data for appraisal waivers, reports, and property completion records with training and ongoing support.

No prior real estate experience is required; the company provides training. Positions are 1099 independent contractor roles across Lincoln County, MT, including Libby, Eureka, and Troy, with compensation of $105 per assignment plus a $6

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant experience in real estate, data collections, photography, OR 12 months of outstanding customer service experience
• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to travel and engage professionally with clients in their homes
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tangible results
• Ability to obtain a background check through our 3rd party vendor
• An iPhone 12-17 Pro or Pro Max
• Understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and property completion reports preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes on-site
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• EINrequiredfor state of California only
