Job summary

Class Valuation is seeking a proactive Property Data Collector for Kootenai County, ID, including Coeur d'Alene. This 1099 independent contractor role involves collecting property data, photos, and measurements using mobile tech and LiDAR-capable iPhones. Training provided and travel to borrower sites required.

Compensation is per assignment with flexible scheduling and potential for additional opportunities within Class Valuation.

Qualifications

• 6 months in real estate, data collections, photography, or 12 months of customer service.
• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor.
• Travel and engage professionally with clients in their homes.
• Ability to obtain a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data collections and property inspections.
• Ensure compliance with industry education and training guidelines.
• Build strong communication between Class Valuation and our clients.
• Troubleshoot issues whenever they arise.
