You’ll work as an independent contractor in Jackson County, OR, including Medford and surrounding areas. No prior real estate experience required — you’ll join a team that blends technology and fieldwork to support valuations and reports.

Qualifications

• Comfort with mobile technology and fieldwork.
• Reliable transportation and professional communication skills.
• Pro Model iPhone with LiDAR capabilities (12 and up).
• Willingness to purchase a background check, tripod, and batteries for scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data collections and property inspections meeting high standards.
• Ensure compliance with training guidelines and process requirements.
• Build strong communication between Class Valuation and clients.
