Job summary

Class Valuation is expanding its nationwide network for property data collection in Kalispell, MT. This 1099 independent contractor role uses mobile tech and LiDAR-enabled iPhones to capture data for appraisals and property reports.

No prior real estate experience required; training provided. Flexible scheduling and opportunity to earn per assignment in Flathead County and 59901 area, with support from a national leader.

Qualifications

• 6 months real estate, data collection or photography experience OR 12 months of customer service experience.
• Independent contractor status ability to work with clients in homes.
• Willingness to undergo background check via third party vendor.
• Access to an iPhone 12–17 Pro or Pro Max with LiDAR.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough data collections and property inspections to high standards.
• Ensure compliance with training guidelines and industry requirements.
• Build strong communication between Class Valuation and clients.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain turn times and quality.
• Drive continual process improvement and deliver top-notch service.
