Job summary

Class Valuation is inviting a proactive Property Data Collector to join our nationwide network in Gallatin County, MT and surrounding areas, including Bozeman. This 1099 independent contractor role offers training, flexible scheduling, and the chance to work with cutting-edge technology to capture property data for appraisals and reports.

We require a background check capability and reliable transportation; an iPhone with LiDAR (iPhone 12 or newer) is preferred.

Qualifications

Comfort with mobile technology and fieldwork.
Reliable transportation and professional communication skills.
Pro Model iPhone with LiDAR capabilities (12 and up Pro/Max iPhone models).
Willing to purchase a Background Check, Tripod, and Batteries for a scanning device.

Responsibilities
