Job summary

Class Valuation invites a proactive Property Data Collector to join our Digital Panel (1099). The role covers collecting property data for appraisal waivers, appraisals, and reports in Multnomah County, OR, including Portland area homes.

Compensation is $105 per assignment, with a $6 tech fee per order, and potential additional fees for complexities. You will work as an independent contractor, travel to client homes, and use cutting‑edge tools to ensure accuracy and timely turn times while

Qualifications

• 6+ months in real estate, data collection, photography, or 12+ months of outstanding customer service experience
• Independent contractor status
• Ability to travel and engage with clients in homes
• Desire to deliver exceptional customer service and tangible results
• Background check via third‑party vendor
• iPhone 12–17 Pro or Pro Max
• Knowledge of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and completion reports preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Professional appearance and on‑site dress code
• Fluent verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• EIN required for CA only

Compensation of $105 per assignment. Please note there is a $6 tech fee per order. Additional fees may be approved for complexities on a case by case basis.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in real estate, data collections, photography, OR at least 12 months of outstanding customer service experience
• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
• Ability to travel and engage professionally with clients in their homes
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tangible results
• Ability to obtain a background check through our 3rd party vendor
• An iPhone 12-17 Pro or Pro max
• A thorough understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and property completion reports preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes on-site
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• EIN required for state of California only
