Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Property Operations Specialist – Data Analyst to join a team of data experts responsible for performance analysis, dashboards, and actionable insights aligned with government property regulations.

You will develop and optimize metrics, deliver reporting solutions using Tableau and other tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality and security across property data to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
Experience with data analysis, databases, or dashboards using Tableau/Power BI.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical solutions and conduct performance analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
Develop, implement, and optimize metrics to evaluate Property Management processes and outcomes, ensuring alignment with government regulations and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau to track KPIs for Property Management and compliance.
Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure integrity and accuracy of property data.
