Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Property Specialist Team Lead to guide a fast-paced property records team and partner with cross-functional groups to implement processes for Special Tooling, Special Test Equipment, and Equipment.

This onsite role requires strong communication, 8+ years of relevant experience (or 5+ with advanced degree), and the ability to drive audits, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while delivering cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience working in Logistics, Operations, Contracts, Programs, Property, or Supply Chain functions.
  • Experience leading others within the same function and in other functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Programs, Property, Supply Chain, and Customers.

Responsibilities

  • Leads property records management activities in a complex environment responsible for managing government, customer, and company property records.
  • Support and actively participate in a culture of improvement and efficiency into the property records organization driving innovative solutions and affordability.

  • Daily interaction with a small team, other teams, programs, and functions to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives.

Raytheon is seeking a Property Specialist Team Lead. The Property Specialist Team Lead will contribute to a fast-paced team and work closely with Property and Logistics functional management and other functions that support the Raytheon property system. The team lead will serve as a key individual contributor, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement organizational goals. This includes influencing system solutions, driving forward-thinking initiatives, streamlining and integrating processes, and applying best-in-class, reliable solutions to manage property records for Special Tooling, Special Test Equipment, and Equipment in alignment with customer and enterprise requirements.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
