Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Property Management and Compliance professional for onsite roles in MA/RI to support DoD programs and asset management. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage program assets, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support contracting activities and audit readiness.

The role requires U.S. citizenship with a secret clearance (Top Secret possible) and 3–5+ years in government property or related fields.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; min 5 years relevant, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with Government Property, Supply Chain, or Operations.
• Previous experience with DoD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in Raytheon Mission Area and program operations.
• Facilitate process changes and support adoption of updated procedures.
• Improve efficiency and develop solutions related to contracting activities involving customer assets.
• Communicate with customers (internal and external) to build and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with teams, programs, and partners to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and deliver awareness topics for the Mission Areas and the organization.
• Partner with program teams to understand property management and compliance obligations.
• Assess processes, documentation, and system usage for gaps against compliance standards (FAR, DFARS, audits).
• Coordinate with Property Management, Audit, and Compliance to ensure programs meet controls.
• Support program readiness for internal/external assessments by identifying deficiencies and driving corrective actions.
• Monitor ongoing compliance status and elevate risks early.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in property systems and required reports.
