Chadwell Supply is seeking a Property Management Credit Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to manage credit applications, billing discrepancies, and past-due invoices. The role requires strong communication with customers and internal teams, with a focus on accurate record-keeping and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 3+ years of experience in a working environment (collections, AR/AP or property management).
• Excellent communication with customers, managers and coworkers.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company standards for accuracy and promptness in performing duties.
• Submit daily paperwork and completed assignments.
• Grant extensions of credit when appropriate.
• Receive payments and post amounts to customer accounts.
• Contact customers by phone, mail, and email to determine reason for overdue payments and obtain payment.
• Review terms of sale, service, payment or credit contract with the customer.
• Record information about financial status and collection efforts.
• Maintain electronic CRM notes of customer interactions and account status.
• Determine when delinquent accounts are turned over to the legal department.
