Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Property Coverage Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage practice group in Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Francisco.

The role emphasizes analysis of property policies, drafting coverage opinions, and advising clients on complex coverage disputes. The ideal candidate holds a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 3+ years of property coverage experience, with strong research, writing, and litigation support skills.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction
• 3+ years of substantive experience in insurance coverage matters
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting
• Experience preparing coverage opinions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials
• Ability to manage time-sensitive and highly confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

Responsabilidades

• Analyze insurance policies and claim materials, draft coverage opinions, and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Prepare correspondence and communications for clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
• Review and analyze documents in connection with coverage disputes and litigation
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using platforms such as Westlaw
• Draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, and dispositive motions
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings and mediations
• Advocate for clients in dispute resolution proceedings and support case strategy through all phases of litigation
