Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Project Coordinator to support construction-focused data center projects on-site in Abilene, TX. You will coordinate schedules, track actions, maintain documentation, host meetings, and drive cross-functional follow-through with clear visibility and disciplined records.

Partner with project managers, construction managers, engineering teams, procurement, vendors, and SMEs to ensure timely issue resolution and successful remediation, retrofit, and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills in mission-critical projects.
• Experience with documentation control and project tracking.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including PMs, engineers, procurement.

Job description

As Project Coordinator, you will support construction-focused data center projects by coordinating schedules, action tracking, documentation, meetings, and cross-functional follow-through. This role helps Special Projects teams execute remediation, retrofit, expansion, and infrastructure improvement work with clear visibility, disciplined records, and timely issue resolution.

You will partner with project managers, construction managers, engineering teams, commissioning partners, site operations, procurement, vendors, and technical SMEs. The role requires strong organization, communication, document control, and project tracking skills in active mission-critical environments. This is onsite in Abilene, TX or Shackelford, TX.
