Job summary

Oracle is seeking an on-site Project Coordinator in Abilene, TX to support construction-focused data center initiatives. You will coordinate schedules, records, and communications across project teams, vendors, and site operations to ensure timely execution and audit-ready documentation.

You will partner with project managers, engineers, procurement, and commissioning partners, maintaining meticulous trackers and status updates across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, data center support, facilities operations, engineering support, procurement coordination, or technical program support.
• Experience coordinating projects in construction, mission-critical facilities, data centers, utilities, industrial operations, or infrastructure environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in construction management, business, operations, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project managers and technical leads in construction activities across sites or workstreams.
• Maintain schedules, action registers, meeting notes, issue logs, risk trackers, and document repositories.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and status updates with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and site stakeholders.
• Track submittals, closeout documents, commissioning evidence, punch lists, turnover materials, and operational handoff materials.
• Support readiness reviews by gathering updates from Construction, Engineering, Operations, Commissioning, Procurement, and vendors.
• Prepare concise project status summaries, milestone updates, blocker reports, and leadership-ready action lists.
• Monitor open items for accountable owners, due dates, dependencies, and escalation paths.
• Assist with procurement tracking, vendor coordination, access requests, logistics, site visit planning, and document routing.
