Description:

You will be the Property Control Specialist for the Property Management Team. Our team is responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient records of managed property using the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) and other applicable systems and tools. We implement and develop processes to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Property Control Specialist, you will perform a variety of material handling duties, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage, to ensure seamless property management. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, tracking inventory, and conducting physical inventory of government property.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Receiving, storing, issuing, and disposing of materials and equipment
• Operating material handling equipment and utilizing computer-based software devices
• Conducting physical inventory and reporting discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Assisting with salvage yard duties and other tasks as needed

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, with at least 3 years of
Property (Asset) Management experience.
• Working knowledge of Property related FAR and DFARs clauses.
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to meet target dates and manage time effectively
• Experience with Microsoft tools
Desired Skills:
• Detail-focused; ability to focus on details and
ensure that all work is accurate, complete, and of high quality
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with peers, Program and internal stakeholders
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Material Movement System
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
