Hegenes Management, Inc. is seeking aCommunity Manager to lead on-site operations, supervise staff, and uphold the company’s standards of service across the property. You will drive financial performance, oversee leasing, and maintain strong resident relations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strategic oversight of budgets, processes, and teams while fostering a culture of accountability, service, and safety for residents and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Understand the property’s financial goals and operate assets in the owners’ best interest, in accordance with the Policies & Procedures Manual.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit them on time (rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-ins/move-outs, etc.).
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections accurately and on time.
• Ensure all rents and late/check charges are collected, posted, and deposited accurately and on time.
• Generate necessary legal action, documents, and process in accordance with state and company guidelines.
• Maintain consistent vendor/contractor communication regarding scheduling, billing, vendor relations, and certificates of insurance.
• Ensure A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment, and handle petty cash and all funds responsibly.
