A property management company is seeking a Community Manager to assist in daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will supervise a team, manage rent collections and delinquencies, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role offers a salary range of $64,400 to $82,300 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement plans. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and prior property management experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous property leasing experience or applicable skills.
• 1-3 years previous experience managing others.
• Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Community Supervisors and Specialists.
• Monitors all accounts receivable including rent collections.
• Processes evictions and completes financial reports.

Connaissances

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills with MS Office Suite

Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels

Formation

High School Diploma or GED Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Preferred
