Job summary

Sandalwood Management is seeking a skilled Community Manager to handle day-to-day operations and property management of Sugar Tree Apartments in Corpus Christi, TX. You will lead on-site staff, coordinate maintenance, and ensure occupancy targets and financial goals are met.

Must have 3+ years in property management, experience with Yardi, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The role offers evenings/weekends as needed, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision plus rent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• Experience leading a strong on-site team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Sugar Tree Apartments.
• Hire, train and coach on-site staff; manage performance.
• Plan weekly staff schedules and assign administrative tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance with Maintenance Supervisor and vendors.
• Ensure rent collection, postings, and deposits.
• Develop marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Prepare budgets and income projections.
• Maintain records of all transactions and move-ins/out.
