Sandalwood Management is seeking a skilled Community Manager for Sugar Tree Apartments in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves day-to-day operations and property management to maximize occupancy and financial performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor coordination, and staff leadership. Must have 3+ years of PM experience, proficiency with Yardi, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; background check and drug test required.

Qualificações

• At least 3+ years in property management.
• Proven success leading a strong team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Experience with Yardi software.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records of rent rolls, delinquencies, move-ins/m move-outs.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections.
• Ensure rents, late fees, and charges are collected and deposited promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Maintenance Supervisor and vendors.
• Hire, train, and coach on-site staff and manage performance.
• Oversee marketing efforts to keep units rented to capacity.
• Manage resident relations and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure timely move-ins/move-outs inspections and accurate security deposit statements.
