Friedman Real Estate in Corpus Christi, TX seeks an energetic Residential Property Manager with 2-3 years of experience to be the face of our community. You’ll handle AP/AR, rent collection, resident interactions and reporting, while supervising staff and on-site contractors.

Responsibilities include leasing duties, facilities management, and marketing, with a strong emphasis on communication and organization. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
• Candidates must have property management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Experience with Yardi Property Management Software is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
