Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for a multi-family property in the Vancouver, WA area. You will lead the day-to-day operations, manage the team, and drive financial and occupancy goals while ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws.

You will develop budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, supervise leasing, and coordinate maintenance to maintain property standards. The role requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collections.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewal processes, inspections, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Supervise staff including hiring, orientation, and performance management.
• Assist in client/owner relationship management and reporting.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports as required.
