Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager for our San Antonio market-rate property, The Baldwin. Under the Regional Property Manager, you will manage daily operations, maximize revenue, and lead a team to provide a high-quality living environment for residents.

You will oversee leasing activity, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and maintenance coordination, while fostering exceptional resident satisfaction at a growing multifamily company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years property management experience; one year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and achieve NOI targets.
• Maximize cash flow; manage delinquency and rent collection.
• Monitor budget, cash receipts, and vendor contracts; review variances.
• Oversee capital improvements and maintenance programs.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts; respond to inquiries and show units.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
• Develop and manage staff schedules; provide coaching and feedback.
