NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager for a market-rate property in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on delivering excellent resident service, managing daily operations, and maximizing NOI while preserving assets.

You will lead a property team, coordinate leasing, marketing plans, and maintenance programs to ensure a high-quality living environment for residents. 3+ years in property management and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years property management experience.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing.
• Supervisory experience and team leadership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and NOI; optimize profitability.
• Maximize cash flow and minimize delinquencies; ensure timely rent collection.
• Lead leasing efforts: show apartments, qualify applicants, prepare paperwork.
• Monitor market rents and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Coach and develop on-site team; conduct weekly meetings; manage schedules.
