This essential role supports the Regional Property Manager and on-site staff.

Responsibilities include leasing activities, supervising employees, overseeing financial activities and reports, collecting rent, coordinating with contractors, and upholding Fair Housing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Prior supervisory experience in a customer service environment is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License (if operating a vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Actively participates in leasing of the property.
• Oversees financial activities and banking duties.
• Troubleshoots resident problems and encourages renewals.
• Inspects property to ensure quality.
• Prioritizes the work of subordinates.
• Collects rent and issues 5-day eviction notices.
• Hires and disciplines employees.
• Supervises security for residents.
• Liaises with outside contractors.
• Oversees building repairs and timely completion.
• Participates in annual budget preparation.
• Attends corporate meetings and submits invoices.
