Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Wyndham Pointe Apartments in Columbia, SC. You will help run daily operations under the Community Manager, manage leasing activities, and ensure top service for residents.

Responsibilities include rent posting, reporting, staff coordination, and maintaining curb appeal. The role emphasizes Fair Housing knowledge and professional conduct within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Post rent to MRI and perform bookkeeping functions as necessary.
• Assist the Community Manager with orientation, training and scheduling of leasing and office staff.
• Inspect models, offices and vacant units to ensure marketability and organization of on-site office.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times.
• Support leasing and renewal activities and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Assist in designing resident retention programs and coordinating events.
