Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our community. You will regularly clean indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, parking garages, and support resident cleaning checks to ensure apartments meet property standards.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires physical stamina and a friendly demeanor; you must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand 6–8 hours.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)
• Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
• Must have a friendly demeanor
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 6-8 hour standing shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled cleaning checks of residents' apartments
• Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways, and all other common areas.
• Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
