Qualifications

• Must have a friendly demeanor.
• Relevant janitorial or cleaning experience.
• Able to stand for 4-6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness of indoor and outdoor common areas, hallways, and parking garages.
• Keep areas safe, tidy, and free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Ensure curb appeal through clean grounds and buildings.
