Authorize reserves and settlements beyond examiner authority.
Manage high-exposure, complex files.
Review and elevate reinsurance notices for approval.
Drive timely claim resolution to achieve a 100% closing ratio.
Serve as the primary contact for customers and stakeholders.
Prepare formal responses to Department of Insurance inquiries.
Partner with underwriting to impact profitability.
