Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property claims, knowledge of repair processes, and experience with Verisk/CoreLogic tools, plus preferred certifications such as IICRC, HAAG or CPCU.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property claim handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of property claims repair processes.
• Experience in property repairs estimate writing and review.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Verisk and CoreLogic products is required.
• Industry certifications such as IICRC, HAAG, or CPCU preferred.
• Experience with both daily and CAT claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with contractors, homeowners, carriers, and vendors throughout the repair process.
• Review claim assignments to ensure milestones and SLAs are met.
• Monitor and track the status of assignments with timely follow-up.
• Document all customer interactions and claim details in the system.
• Manage and process repair invoices and payments.
• Identify, prevent, and handle escalated issues in insurance claims context.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure repair standards.
• Conduct audits and quality reviews on claim files.
• Contribute to Company OKRs.
