• Experience with property claims and coverage evaluation.
• Ability to interpret policies and calculate damages.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and other involved parties to gather information and resolve claims efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports to support the claims handling process.
• Investigate and adjust both personal and commercial property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and policy terms to determine the validity of claims.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits per guidelines.
