Job summary

Integrated Machinery Solutions in Elko, NV is seeking experienced Independent Field Adjusters to investigate and evaluate daily property claims on behalf of our clients. This contractor role requires delivering timely, accurate, and fair service while handling a high volume of claims independently.

You will interpret policy coverages, establish reserves, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling property claims.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and Symbility estimating software.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Promptly manage all assigned claims with minimal oversight.
• Make claim decisions within delegated authority per policies.
• Interpret policy coverages and apply claims practices.
• Establish and communicate reserves per carrier expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines and industry practices.

• Maintain professional conduct on all assignments.
