Integrated Machinery Solutions is seeking experienced Independent Field Adjusters to investigate and evaluate daily property claims on behalf of our clients. This 1099 contract role requires delivering timely, fair, and professional service while independently managing a high volume of claims.

You should have 2+ years of property claims experience, proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility, and knowledge of construction methods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling property claims.
• Experience interpreting policies and applying claims practices.
• Xactimate and Symbility experience required.
• Construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned claims with minimal oversight.
• Make claim decisions within delegated authority.
• Interpret policy coverages and apply claims practices.
• Establish reserves aligned with carrier expectations.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of policies and practices.
• Understand local construction methods and repair standards.
• Submit supplemental reports when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to insureds and clients.
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
